H1N1 UPDATE- Public H1N1 Clinic ā 2/20/2010
The Princeton Regional Health Department will be holding a public H1N1 Clinic on Saturday, February 20th at the John Witherspoon Middle School, 217 Walnut Lane, Princeton, NJ 08540. The Clinic hours are from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the cafeteria (Entrance is off of Guyot Avenue). The clinic will be open to any individual ages 6 month and up.

Governor Corzine's Letter to Parents regarding vaccination of preschool children for the seasonal flu as well as link to Google's flu shot finder. (added 12-01-09)
The New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services has opened a toll-free telephone line for the general public to call in regard to H1N1 Influenza and Vaccine. The telephone line will be operational Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The number is 1-866-321-9571. (added 10-7-09)
On April 26th, 2009, the Centers for Disease Control declared a Public Health Emergency due to the H1N1 Influenza. The State Department of Education has compiled a list of resources and information (pdf). Please call your school nurse if you have any questions. The general public should continue the following measures that are effective in reducing the risk of spreading infectious diseases:
- See your healthcare provider if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms.
- Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently.
- Cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing. Dispose of used tissues properly.
- Stay home if you are sick.
