Q. How will I know that you received my application?
A. You will receive confirmation after you apply on line.
 
Q. When and how will you contact me about an interview?
A. Your resume is important to us. We try our best to acknowledgethe receipt of all resumes as quickly as possible. Due to the volume of resumes received, we are unable to personally contact everyone who sends in a resume. For interviews, we only contact those individuals whose background and skills most closely match the position requirements.
 
Q. How often do you add job openings to the web site?
A. New jobs will be added as soon as positions become available. We encourage you to visit our site as often as possible.
 
Q: Where can I find license and credential information?
A: The following web sites offer additional information about credentials and licensing information for the state of New Jersey:

Applicants with out-of-state certification should be aware that the processing of requests (even from states that have reciprocal agreements may take several months).

New Jersey also has an alternative route to certification for the individuals who have not received formal teacher training.  (NJ requirements for most certificates include a satisfactory score on the appropriate portion of the Praxis Exam).
